Mariners have told us repeat-edly over the years that applying for credentials, finding key information, and receiving documents often felt harder than it should be. We listened. The U.S. Coast Guard has worked closely with industry stakeholders and mariners across the country to better understand the challengesand more importantly, to create solutions.
