VESSEL:Fire Island Maid The 70 x 23 multi-purpose vehicle ferry features a steel NAVAL ARCHITECT:Elliott Bay Design Group hullandaluminumsuperstructureandisequipped BUILDER:Metal Shark with a hydraulic ramp for loading and unloading heavy OPERATOR:NY Waterway equipment. The reinforced deck can support fully loaded TYPE:Multi-purpose vehicle ferry concrete trucks and general cargo up to 100,000 pounds.
